Hello and Happy Autumn!

Greetings once again! I hope you're enjoying the crisp fall air and the
beautiful fall colors. It's truly my favorite time of year.




Three exciting events are coming up...the first one is this weekend!

First up, this Sunday, October 20th, is the opening reception for
"Plein Air: In the Tradition of the Impressionists" at St Cecilia
Cathedral in Omaha. This exhibit features plein air paintings
(paintings created on location, outdoors) by six eastern Nebraska
artists including yours truly.




Next, on November 1st, mark your calendar for the opening of a very
special exhibition at my gallery! "Impressions" will feature eight
nationally recognized, award winning Impressionist painters, most of
whom have never shown there work in our area. Opening reception will be
Friday, Nov. 1st, from 5:30 to 9pm. if you love Impressionism, you
won't want to miss this!




Ready or not, the holidays are fast approaching. Can you believe it? If
you're looking for artful gifts this year, I'd love to help! My annual
Holiday Open House is early this year (since Thanksgiving is so late
and the shopping season is shorter). Come by the gallery November 2nd
and 3rd between noon and 6pm...read on to see a sample of this year's
gift items. There's something for everyone and to fit every budget!




Hubby Don and I recently returned from New York City where we held the
American Impressionist Society's 20th Annual National Juried Exhibition
at the historic Salmagundi Club. What an incredible thrill it was to
walk in the footsteps of the likes of Childe Hassam and William Merritt
Chase...so much history there. If you ever get a chance to visit, it's
well worth your time.

Join me for the opening reception of "Plein Air: In the Tradition of

"Impressions"

If you love Impressionism, please join us for the opening of this very
special exhibition on Friday, November 1st from 5:30 to 9pm. Paintings
by eight nationally recognized, award winning American Impressionist
painters will be featured, including Richard Oversmith (NC), Cheryl St
John (CO), Eric Jacobsen (OR), Toni Williams (CA), Michael Clark (CO),
Doreen St John (OH), Todd Williams (AR) and myself. Refreshments will
be served. The exhibition will run through January 18th. You can see

Holiday Open House Nov. 2nd and 3rd!

Our Annual Holiday Open House will be held early this year to help you
